Japanese Social Services Japanese Social Services (JSS) is a non-profit organization committed to providing linguistically appropriate and culturally sensitive social services to the Japanese ethno-cultural community in the Greater Toronto Area and its environs. All services are bilingual and include professional counselling, referrals, (if necessary, accompaniment, interpretation and translation related to social service issues) preventative public education events, programs and seminars.
